Finding and helping new clients – Alistair Druett joins the borwell team

Like many tech businesses, the borwell business is experiencing sustained high growth (over 20% p.a.). Steve Borwell-Fox, the MD, looked to recruit a Business Development/Marketing person to find new clients to help, and to provide further support to existing clients, which is very important to the borwell team.

In April 2015, Steve recruited Alistair Druett. “I have known Alistair for some time. Andrea and I heard that he was looking for his next venture. It was very simple – meet him, explore the options and hope he would help me grow this business further.”

Alistair is responsible for the B2B sales, which are supported by the borwell ‘Business Systems Team’. Steve will focus on the UK Government/Defence sales, which the borwell ‘Defence Systems Team’ support. Both teams provide Cyber Security expertise, and all software solutions are ‘secure by design’.

“Listening to the market needs and responding to these is vital to staying agile and competitive” reports Steve. “Adjusting and innovating new services, products and integrating technologies for the benefit of people is what drives the borwell team. Communicating this is Alistair’s main responsibility. I am really enjoying working with him already”.
