weeks personalised induction plan 

Our team will create a 2 week on-boarding plan for all new starters. Ensuring you get time to settle in, meet the team, and get a good feel for our business before the real work starts.

We take staff comfort seriously, we want you to be relaxed and comfortable during the working day, enjoy our recently renovated air-conditioned offices. 

On-site café 

No need to leave the site (unless you want to) Pop over to the brilliant and affordable on-site café  

Free filter coffee and Tea 

Fresh coffee and tea available every day, on us. Stay hydrated and alert

Breakfast rolls on us once per week 

At least once per week our team pile into the on-site café for a breakfast roll and a catch-up. The rolls are on us, and it’s a great opportunity to have an informal catch-up. 

Fresh fruit delivered weekly

Help yourself to fresh fruit in the office, keep your vitamin and mineral levels up for improved concentration and immunity 

Flexible working 

Our business officially operates between 8am and 6pmWe are happy to work with you on a flexible basis, our standard contracts are 37.5 hours per week.  Just chat with your line Manager about what works best for you.  

Work from home 1 day per week 

Have a chat with your manager and agree a day to work from home that suits you, beat the commute, and do those everyday life admin tasks while you are on a break and working from home. 

Optional private health care schemes 

Once your probationary period is complete, you will be invited to join our brilliant private healthcare plans, available for you and your family members. 

Annual salary review in line with RPI

We appreciate the cost of living can increase, and we aren’t in the habit of effectively giving our employees a pay cut by holding salaries as the cost of living goes up 

25 days holiday per year and carry over

Start with 25 days off per year plus bank holidays. We will also allow you to carry over a reasonable number of unused holidays, just chat with your manager. 

Training and development 

We are big advocates of personal development, many of our team have completed apprenticeships or training schemes. We subscribe to the well-known quote from Sir Richard Branson - “Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to.”
